  • Start by slicing the tofu into 10 equal slices.
  • Add tofu into a large bowl and toss with cornstarch and soy sauce until the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Air fry at 390 for 9-10 mins, flipping halfway. (OR pan fry with a little oil for 3-5 minutes per side.) 
  • Add the cooked tofu into a bowl and toss with hoisin sauce to combine.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions, and cut into bite sized strips if desired. Enjoy!
