Refried Beans Vegan Beef Mixture
- In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Cook diced onion and pepper for 3-4 mins.
- Add taco seasoning and garlic powder, cook for another minute.
- Add refried beans and vegan beef. If needed, add water. Cook until heated through.
Nachos
Preheat the oven to 425º. Spread chips on a baking sheet.

Add refried beans beef mixture to each chip.

Sprinkle black olives, green onions, jalapeños.

Add vegan cheese or choice.

Bake until cheese melts (approx. 5 mins). Broil for 1-2 mins if desired.

Refried Beans Vegan Beef Mixture
- In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add in the diced onion and pepper, and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Next, add in the taco seasoning and garlic powder and cook for another minute stirring constantly.
- Add in the refried beans, and vegan beef. If needed add a little water to loosen the mixture. Cook according to package instructions, or until heated through.
Nachos
- Pre-heat the oven to 425º. Spread an even layer of tortilla chips across a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add a little bit of the refried beans beef mixture to each chip. (Work in layers if needed. You will likely have two layers of chips.)
- Next, sprinkle on black olives, green onions, jalapeños, and vegan cheese.
- Place the nachos into the oven and cook until the cheese is nice and melted. This took about 5 minutes for me. If desired, broil on high for 1-2 minutes keeping a close eye on the chips to avoid burning.
- Serve with vegan sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, and guacamole. Enjoy!
