How To Make This One Pot Moroccan Couscous Vegan Recipe
In a dutch oven or large pot on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and the diced onion. Fry for 3 mins.

Add turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon; toast for 1 min. Stir in chickpeas and continue for another minute.

Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil. Add instant couscous, stir, and remove from heat.

- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp of each salt & pepper
- water to adjust consistency if needed
