  • Assemble your sandwiches by spreading mayo or cream cheese on each side of the bagel, lettuce, a tomato slice, salt, pepper, and ¼ of the vegan mushroom bacon. Cut in half, and enjoy!

Oven baked instructions:
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-25 mins at 425 degrees. Check halfway and continue cooking to your desired level of crispiness. 
To make your mushroom bacon even crispier in the oven:
Place bacon on an oven safe wire cooling rack. Place the wire rack on top of a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. This will allow more air flow to help dry out and crisp up the mushroom bacon. 
Note* I have tried both and HIGHLY recommend cooking using the wire rack for max crispiness.
