Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves fresh minced garlic)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • seasoning salt & black pepper to taste (about ½ tsp of each)

Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat around 375-400 degrees.
  • Place baby potatoes in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil. Lift all the edges up, creating a little container shape so that the melted butter won't run out.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted vegan butter, garlic, Italian spice, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Pour evenly over the potatoes and stir gently.
  • Seal the foil around the potatoes while still keeping the potatoes in a flat spread out position. (We don't want the potatoes stacking on top of one another).
  • Place on the grill on direct heat, and cook for 20-25 mins, stirring the potatoes halfway. Serve, and enjoy!
