Ingredients
  

Strawberry Protein Milk

Oats

  • 2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats for a softer consistency)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • ¾ cups diced strawberries
  • ¼ cup vegan yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond slivers (or use almond butter if preferred)

Instructions
 

Strawberry Milk

  • To a blender, add strawberries, protein powder, plant milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Overnight Oats

  • In a large mixing bowl, add oats, chia seeds, and the prepared strawberry milk. Stir well to combine.

Assmebly

  • Divide the overnight oats into 4 separate jars or containers. Top each jar with the diced strawberries, yogurt, and almond slivers.
  • Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours, and enjoy!
