Ingredients
  

  • 1.6 cups All Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 Flax Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Gather all of the cookie ingredients as well as a medium mixing bowl.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips in the bowl. Stir well.
  • Add the nondairy milk, oil, and pure vanilla extract. Stir to form a cookie dough. It will be dry at first, so just keep stirring and it will suddenly turn into cookie dough.
  • Roll into 18 balls and place on baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

These can over cook easily to be carful and these should look soft when done. Makes approximately 18 cookies.
