Elevate your snacking with our red lentil hummus recipe! Nutty red lentils, tahini, and a dash of turmeric create a creamy lentil dip. Perfect for dipping or spreading on your favorite snacks!
Start by thoroughly rinsing your red lentils in water.
Cook the lentils in boiling water for 9 mins. Drain the water off the lentils then add them into a high-powered blender.
Into the blender, add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, tahini and turmeric.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer into a medium bowl, and top with a drizzle of olive oil and your favourite toppings. I love to add some olives on top see notes below for more ideas.
