Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (¼ cup)
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ all natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add oats, protein powder, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well to combine.
  • Roll into 18 small bite-sized balls. Store in the fridge, and enjoy!
