Ingredients
  

Maple Mustard Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dressing by adding tahini, lemon juice, dijon, yellow mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper into a mason jar.
  • Place the lid on and shake well to combine. If the dressing is too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time to thin it until you have your desired consistency.
  • Use as a dressing, marinade or glaze. Enjoy!
