Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp thick balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (reduce or remove if you like it less sweet)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dressing by adding olive oil, balsamic, dijon, maple syrup salt and pepper to a mason jar and shaking to combine.
  • Serve on top of your favourite salad, or protein and enjoy!
