This high-protein yogurt parfait is the perfect meal prep option! Layer creamy Greek yogurt, protein powder, and fresh berries for a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack.
1cupsliced fresh strawberriesor other fresh berries
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add the protein powder and vanilla yogurt. Whisk thoroughly to combine. (you will want to like the taste of your protein powder for this recipe so choose one you know isn't super chalky!)
Add ¼ cup of the protein yogurt mixture to the bottom of each jar.
Next, add ¼ cup of the frozen blueberries to each jar. As they thaw the blueberry juice adds such a nice texture and flavor to these!
Divide the rest of the yogurt between each of the containers and top with granola, and fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

You can use any yogurt you like. Using a high protein greek style yogurt will add more protein.
