Instructions
Ensure the cashews have been soaked in boiling water for at least 10 mins, and drained.
Add soaked cashews, vinegar, mustard, tomato paste, dill pickle, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, spices, and water to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Use only 2-3 tbsp of water to start if you want a very thick sauce for a burger.
Serve on top of your favourite salad, or vegan burger. Enjoy!
