Greek Salad Dressing

Elevate your salads with homemade Greek dressing - a mix of extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, and Mediterranean spices.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove finely minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar, add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, dijon, salt and pepper. Secure the lid, and shake well to combine. (This can be combined in a blender if preferred.)
  • Serve on top of your favourite Greek salad, and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: I like to add in 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast. This is not traditionally in Greek salad dressing, but it adds a nice "cheesy" flavour as well as extra vitamins and minerals.
