Start by chopping the broccoli into bite sized pieces. Remove any broccoli stems. You can keep them for a soup but they aren't for this salad ;)
Cut the grapes into halves.
Finely chop half of 1 medium sized red onion.
Add the broccoli, grapes, red onion, craisins, and slivered almonds into a large bowl.
In a jar or small bowl, add the vegan mayo, vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
Top the salad with the dressing, and give it a good mix.
If you have time, let it marinate in the fridge for up to 2 hours. Make sure to give it a quick toss before serving as some of the smaller items can fall to the bottom of the bowl.
