Ingredients
  

  • 500g gnocchi (1 standard pack)
  • 1 ½ cups panko bread crumbs
  • cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions. (This usually takes about 3-4 mins. Be very careful not to overcook.)
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together panko breadcrumbs, flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Strain the water off the cooked gnocchi, and add directly into the bowl with the breading mixture. Toss carefully to combine.
  • Fry breaded gnocchi in a pan with a generous amount of olive oil until lightly browned and crispy.
  • Serve with marinara, or your other favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
