1clovegarlic, minced. 1 tsp garlic powder will work as a substitute.
1tspsalt
1tbsppure maple syrup
1-4tbspwater to adjust consistency if needed.
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Add water 1 tbsp at a time to adjust the consistency. The thickness of tahini can vary, so you'll need to adjust the dressing to your preferred thickness. It should be thick and creamy, but thin enough to pour over a salad.
Taste the dressing and adjust it to your preference. If you like it a little sweeter, add a little more maple syrup.
Serve on a salad or use it as a sauce or marinade on your favourite protein.
Leftovers last in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. I love adding this on herb crusted tofu steaks, chickpea schwarma salad and more!
