  • ¼ cup sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional Extras

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk, blueberries, banana, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp hearts into a blender.
