Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • cup vanilla vegan yogurt
  • ¼ cup all natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Optional

Toppings

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • vegan vanilla yogurt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, chia seeds, plant milk, vanilla, maple syrup, yogurt and peanut butter to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Separate into 4 jars or airtight containers. Top each one with chocolate chips or chocolate chunks.
  • Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Enjoy!
