Brownie Baked Oatmeal Vegan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plant milk (coconut is the best)
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt (if your peanut butter is unsalted)
  • cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a 6x9 baking dish.
  • Mix together thoroughly, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
