Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 block tofu OR 1 small container cream cheese 227g (If you don't like the taste of tofu, use vegan cream cheese)
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (omit if using cream cheese instead of tofu)
  • salt to taste

Optional toppings

  • vegan feta
  • flaky salt
  • pickled onions
  • fresh sprouts
  • olive oil
  • agave or honey
  • pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, combine tofu (or cream cheese), avocado, lemon juice, salt, and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add the mixture into a plastic bag and push the contents to one corner. Holding it securely, cut off the end and pipe the mixture onto your toast in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  • Add your favourite toppings, serve and enjoy!
