Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut plant milk
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder I use Orgain protein powder vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh ginger is best
  • 1 cup frozen mango

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut milk, vegan vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, flax seeds, ginger, and frozen mango.
  • Blend all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
