Ingredients
  

  • 1 227g container cream cheese (vegan)
  • ¼ cup jam of choice (raspberry, fig or jalapeno are best)
  • 1 tbsp thick balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped pecans

To serve

  • your favourite bread, crackers or both

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine jam and balsamic vinegar. Mix well to combine and heat for 1-2 mins.
  • Spread vegan cream cheese into the centre of a small plate, then top with jam mixture and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Serve with your favourite bread or crackers and enjoy!
