Miso Tahini Dressing

A delicious, creamy vegan miso tahini dressing made with tahini, shiro miso, maple syrup, and lime juice. Perfect for grain bowls, buddha bowls, kale salad, and homemade dressings with a nutty, umami flavor.

Ingredients
  

Miso Tahini Dressing

  • cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp shiro miso I use a heaping tbsp
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • water to thin

Optional extras

  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add the tahini, miso, maple syrup, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and water to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add water to thin it out to your preferred consistency.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine. This tastes so good with a little chili crispy oil on top as well. Store in the fridge and enjoy on top of your favorite salads!
