Mango Sorbet Recipe (3-Ingredient)

Indulge in the creamy and refreshing flavors of homemade mango sorbet. This vegan-friendly dairy-free treat is easy to make and perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 lime juiced (about 2 tbsp)

Instructions
 

  • Add mango, maple syrup, and lime juice to a food processor or high powered blender. Pulse to get the mixture started, then blend for a minute until smooth and creamy, pause to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too hard to blend, leave it out for a few minutes until the mango slightly thaws then resume blending.
  • Serve immediatly, or store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. If serving from the freezer, allow the sorbet to sit out for up to 10 mins to make scooping easier.
