Herb Garlic Butter Compound Vegan

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup vegan butter
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh herbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Option 1: Mortar and Pestle. Crush and grind your garlic and herbs until you have a smooth paste. Add the vegan butter and continue grinding until it's smooth and creamy.
    Option 2: Very finely chop your garlic and herbs. Add into a medium mixing bowl with your butter, and mash with a fork until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer your butter into a small rectangle of parchment paper. Roll it into a nice little log shape, and twist the ends to secure it closed.
  • Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to allow the butter to re-harden. Serve on top of your favourite dishes, and enjoy!
