Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups greek yogurt (use 1 cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup mayo for a richer version it tastes so good! See notes)
  • 1-2 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2-4 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add Greek yogurt, mayo (if adding), pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Now fold in the chopped pickles and fresh dill. Leave a little bit to the side for garnish if desired.
  • I like to let this set in the fridge for about 15 mins, then serve with ruffle chips for a treat, or cucumber slices for a healthy snack. *This is also delicious on sandwiches, wraps or burgers. Enjoy!

Notes

Using 1/2 cup of mayo makes this dip tastier, richer and creamier. If i'm going to a potluck or event, I like to add mayo. For a healthy weekday snack, I love this just with Greek yogurt. I used 0% Greek yogurt but full fat would be delicious too!
Keep in mind - the nutritional info will be different if you add mayo.
