1 ½cupsgreek yogurt(use 1 cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup mayo for a richer version it tastes so good! See notes)
1-2tbspdill pickle juice
1 cupchopped dill pickles
2-4tbspchopped fresh dill(or use 1 tsp dried dill)
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add Greek yogurt, mayo (if adding), pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Now fold in the chopped pickles and fresh dill. Leave a little bit to the side for garnish if desired.
I like to let this set in the fridge for about 15 mins, then serve with ruffle chips for a treat, or cucumber slices for a healthy snack. *This is also delicious on sandwiches, wraps or burgers. Enjoy!
Notes
Using 1/2 cup of mayo makes this dip tastier, richer and creamier. If i'm going to a potluck or event, I like to add mayo. For a healthy weekday snack, I love this just with Greek yogurt. I used 0% Greek yogurt but full fat would be delicious too! Keep in mind - the nutritional info will be different if you add mayo.
