Frozen Smoothie Packs Meal Prep

Whip up delicious frozen smoothie packs using your favorite fruits, veggies, and protein powder. Simply blend with plant milk for a satisfying breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
  

For Each Smoothie Bag

  • 1 cup frozen fruit and/or vegetable of choice (see notes for recipe links)
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Optional Extras

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 dates for sweeter smoothies
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Lay out 7 reusable plastic bags.
  • Into each bag add 1 cup frozen fruit (or fruit and veggie mix), 1 scoop protein powder, hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds, and any of the other optional extras if adding.
  • Place the smoothie bags into the freezer.
  • When you are ready to make a smoothie, dump the contents of 1 bag into a blender and add 1 cup of your favourite plant milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy your super easy breakfast or snack!
