Instructions

  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out the raspberries evenly throughout the baking sheet. Leave a little space between each berry.
  • Carefully flatten the raspberries using a fork. This will make it easier to apply the peanut butter.
  • Next, place a small dollop of peanut butter on top of each raspberry.
  • Place the baking sheet into the freezer, and allow the berries and peanut butter to freeze (about 30-60mins).
  • Melt your chocolate either using a double boiler, or microwaving for 30 second increments. Using a fork and a spoon, carefully coat each raspberry in the chocolate, using the fork to lift the raspberry out of the melted chocolate bowl. If desired, use the remaining melted chocolate to drizzle thin lines overtop of the berries for aesthetic.
  • Place back on the baking sheet, and place back in the freezer to allow the chocolate to set. (about 5 mins) Before serving, allow them to sit out for a few minutes to soften. Enjoy!
