Easy Avocado Toast Vegan

Ingredients
  

Basic Recipe

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of your favourite toast (I love sourdough or rye!)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Extras I used

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp agave (or vegan honey)
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bread in a skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil until it's golden brown.
  • In a medium bowl, add the ripe avocado, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast and agave if adding.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork until you have reached your desired consistency.
  • Add the avocado mash onto each slice of toast and sprinkle everything but the bagel season generously on top. Serve, and enjoy!
