Notes
This is the easiest vegan roasted red pepper dip you'll ever make! If you need an appetizer pronto, you're going to love this recipe. It's the perfect thing to serve to guests and a great addition to any vegan charcuterie. There are a lot of vegan capsicum dips made with cashews and freshly roasted red peppers. Sometimes you simply don't have 30-45 minutes to make a dip. Although this recipe is extremely simple, it is not lacking flavour. This gets gobbled up every time I serve it. It's also gluten free! This roasted red pepper dip can also be used as a pasta sauce or a spread on grilled vegan sandwiches. It's extremely versatile and delicious!
