½tsphot chili powderor more to taste I like to use a lot!
seasoning salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Add the chickpeas onto a baking sheet and gently pat them with a towel or paper towel to remove any extra moisture.
Toss the chickpeas in olive oil, seasoning salt, pepper, smoked paprika and hot chili powder. And nutritional yeast if adding.
Bake for 20-25 mins, flipping halfway. Remove them when they are crispy and golden brown.
Notes
