1dropdawn dish soap concentrateor ½ tsp any regular dish soap
3dropsantibacterial essential oil see notes
Instructions
Add the dish soap, essential oils and hot water into a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
Dip a clean rag into the bowl and ring it out.
Wash the yoga mat in a circular motion. Repeat this step 2 or 3 times if needed (depending on how dirty the yoga mat is).
Lay it outside to dry or lay it flat inside. Wait until it's fully dried before rolling it back up. Namaste :)

I LOVE to use a lemon eucalyptus blend and my husband loves using cedarwood essential oil. It's up to you which one you use! Any essential oils can be used however I find these ones are the best for freshening up your well loved and well used yoga mat.
