Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (or adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • water to thin

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add water 1 tbsp at a time to adjust to your desired consistency. Leave it thicker for a dipping sauce, or thin it with water for a dressing.
  • Serve on top of your favourite salads and bowls, or use it as a delicious dipping sauce for summer rolls and more. Enjoy!
